Internal Salesperson – Malaga Branch

Full‐time permanent position. Work schedule: Mon – Fri. Location: Malaga WA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth within our industrial product line.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in‐person.
Process customer orders, quotes, and follow‐ups accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, offering technical advice where appropriate.
Collaborate with the external sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in the industrial or technical sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‐first mindset.
Basic technical knowledge of bearings, power transmission, or industrial products (preferred; training provided).
Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software.
Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment.
