The Role

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, drive profitability, and foster a robust culture of service excellence. You will lead a dedicated team of 10 staff, ensuring seamless vehicle logistics, high service standards, and optimal fleet utilisation.

Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 10, driving engagement, performance, and continuous growth.
Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer journey from booking through to vehicle return, maintaining brand reputation and high service standards.
Operations & Fleet Management: Manage daily branch logistics, vehicle presentation, maintenance scheduling, and operational decision-making.
Commercial Performance: Drive sales targets,



maximise revenue through effective fleet utilisation, and manage operational costs.

About You
