What you'll be doing
Leading day-to-day restaurant operations
Coaching, developing and motivating a team of around 20
Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Supporting recruitment, training and performance
Driving standards and continuous improvement
About you
Leadership experience in QSR, cafés,
restaurants or casual dining
Passionate about developing people
Positive, hands-on leadership style
Great communicator with plenty of energy
Thrives in fast-paced settings
