About Us:

The Positive Tiger is a fully licensed contemporary South East Asian located in Brighton South Australia。 We are known for our fusion of Asian and South-Eastern culinary food. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of South East Asian dishes
Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations
Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies
Collaborate with head chef and owner in creating recent dishes

Required CV:
Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen
Solid understanding of South East Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and contemporary presentation styles
Ability to use Wok cooking technique is not compulsory but add merit to application.
