Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join their busy Information Technology team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent prospect to support a high-performing ICT function, providing procurement, administrative and coordination support within a structured and cooperative environment.
About the role
Process ICT procurement requests, including obtaining supplier quotes, raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures and delegated financial approval processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation including Excel spreadsheets, briefing notes and records management systems.
Provide minute taking and administrative support for ICT meetings and projects.
Assist with document management, reporting and general business support activities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support efficient procurement and ICT operations.
About you
Proven experience in administration, procurement, accounts processing or business support roles.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage purchase orders, invoices and documentation.
Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience preparing meeting minutes, reports and business correspondence.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Previous experience within ICT, government or corporate support environments will be highly regarded.
Experience using records management systems will be advantageous.
