Mid-Level Front-End Developer (Remote, QLD-based)

Location: Remote — must be based in Gold Coast or Brisbane regions

Employment Type: Part time 20 - 30 hours a week

About the Role

We're looking for a mid-level Front-End Developer who's passionate about building fast, accessible, and beautiful web experiences. You'll be joining a small, collaborative team working on contemporary web applications using Next.js, Type Script, and a range of headless CMSs.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain front-end applications using Next.js and Type Script
Integrate headless CMSs and work closely with APIs
Manage data fetching with React Query (Tan Stack Query)
Implement robust validation and typing using Zod schemas
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions,



and performance optimization

What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in front-end development
Strong skills in Next.js, React, and Type Script
Knowledge of Vue is appreciated
Practical experience with React Query and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.)
Familiarity with headless CMSs (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Strapi)
Understanding of Zod and schema validation
A thoughtful approach to UX, performance, and maintainability
