The Opportunity
As our Home Loan Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our finance team running smoothly from application through to settlement.
You'll work closely with our Mortgage Brokers, lenders and clients to ensure every application is managed efficiently and professionally.

Your Responsibilities
· Preparing and submitting loan applications
· Managing client files from application through to settlement
· Liaising with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and clients




· Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
· Ordering valuations where required
· Following up outstanding conditions and lender requirements
· Maintaining accurate CRM records
· Providing exceptional customer service throughout the finance process
About You
To be successful you'll have:
· Previous experience in mortgage broking or home loan support
· Strong understanding of the home loan application process
· Experience using aggregator software such as Mercury, FLEX, MyCRM or similar (highly regarded)
· Excellent attention to detail
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills
· Qualified communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a high-performing team
