The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will include:
Accounts Payable
Processing of supplier invoices
Supplier account reconciliation
Expense and credit card management
Inventory payments
Matching invoices to positive receipt
Liaising with warehouse to ensure correct delivery of goods
Bank reconciliations
Setting up of payment runs
Ad-hoc support across the team
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will be required to have previous Accounts Payable Officer experience in a high-volume role.
Previous experience with foreign exchange transactions will be an advantage.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role.
