The Role
To deliver new business, overachieve on sales targets, great client service and build relationships.
About you
You demonstrate a strong sales mindset and adaptability, with a transparent focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You build trust through effective communication and relationship management, ensuring client needs drive business decisions.
As a valued business advisor, you proactively identify opportunities, create meaningful partnerships, and deliver solutions that support both customer success and organisational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and close potential new InfoTrack Website clients in the NSW market
Develop new growth opportunities with prospective clients, including extensive visits to prospective client sites throughout NSW
Maximise the use of InfoTrack's service offerings
Provide clients with post-sales implementation, training and ongoing account management.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Proven New Business Sales experience
A desire to develop your career and learn from and be mentored by experienced industry professionals within InfoTrack
Training experience
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference
Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships




Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
Attention to detail and follow-up/ Process driven and takes ownership
A knowledge and intrigue in the Legal and Conveyancing process will be looked on favourably, as well as experience in the Accounting & Insolvency industry, Banking & Finance and Government Sectors
