The Dining Room at Passing Clouds is an exciting new regional winery restaurant opening within the iconic Passing Clouds winery in Musk, Victoria.
This is an exciting new venture for Regional hospitality.
Inspired by European hospitality and grounded in regional Victorian produce, The Dining Room will feature a coal-fired kitchen, showcasing seasonal ingredients, exceptional wine and warm country hospitality in a refined dining setting.
Located in the heart of the Daylesford and Macedon Ranges region, the venue will showcase seasonal menus, local producers and a thoughtful dining experience that reflects the character and quality of regional Victoria.

Restaurant Manager and Front of House Staff
The roles include:-
Restaurant Manager (Full-time opportunity)
Leading the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Training, mentoring and supporting front of house team members
Managing reservations, guest enquiries and customer feedback in a professional manner
Assisting with rostering, stock control, ordering of beverages and front of house supplies
Working closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, workplace safety and compliance
Front of House Staff (Casual opportunities)
Providing warm, professional and attentive customer service throughout each guest's dining experience
Greeting guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently




Serving food and beverages to a consistently high standard
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver smooth, polished service
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and venue appearance
What we offer
Full-time and casual positions available
Daytime hours of work only (minimal evening functions)
A focus on regional, seasonal food and produce sourced directly from the property's kitchen garden
Flexible shifts across a 4–5 day roster
Beautiful country location, only 90 minutes from Melbourne
Suitable candidates must have the following:
Restaurant Manager
Previous experience managing or supervising a busy restaurant or hospitality venue
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences
Experience with staff training, rostering and day-to-day operational management
Knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and workplace compliance
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Front of House Staff
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (training can be provided for the right candidates)
Friendly, professional and confident communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
A positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
