The role
We are currently looking for an experiencedBaker, working alongside our team of bakers/pastry chef's who are responsible for the daily production of our serviced Bakery.
We're looking for someone who thrives working in a high-volume setting, has natural enthusiasm and a passion for producing high quality baked goods.
Your key responsibilities
Produce high quality bread and bread rolls
Deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure a high standard of presentation and merchandising
Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation and facing up
Maintain and abide by food safety and W,H & S policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Certificate III in Baking or equivalent
Strong organisational and time management skills




Well-developed customer service skills
Proactive attitude with the ability to react and adapt quickly
Strong communication skills
Confident attitude with a respectful and warm approach
The ability to work early mornings, some nights and weekends
