Reporting to the Area Manager andbased at our Malaga site, you'll be at the heart of our operations by supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
As a Customer Service Officer and Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad range of customer service and administrative tasks, supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy and dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders
Greeting customers and handling front desk reception duties
Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
Preparing quotes and following up with customers
Accurate data entry of orders and schedules into internal systems
Coordinating deliveries and supporting production requirements
Supporting stock ordering and general office administration
This role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

Previous experience in customer service and administration within rapid-paced environments
Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
Highly organised with the ability to manage changing priorities and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and intermediate computer skills across Excel, Outlook and business systems
Proactive, reliable team player with a willingness to learn new systems, products and support sales/customer-facing activities
