Orders Officer
Join a Team That Takes Pride in Getting It Right
Perth Northern Suburbs | Full Time | Free Onsite Parking
At Guardian Personal Alarms, every order we process helps someone live more safely and independently.
That's why we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys doing things accurately, takes pride in producing quality work, and understands that the small details matter.
This isn't the role for someone who gets bored easily or cuts corners.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys routine, likes working with technology, and gets satisfaction from completing high volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
If you're the type of person who notices mistakes before anyone else does, enjoys ticking tasks off your list, and takes pride in getting it right the first time—we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
As an Orders Officer, you'll be responsible for programming devices, processing customer orders, preparing dispatches and ensuring every order leaves our business correctly the first time.
The work is structured and repetitive in nature, requiring a high level of concentration, consistency and attention to detail.
Every programmed device, every order and every customer interaction has the potential to impact someone's safety, so accuracy and quality are essential.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
✔ Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
✔ Naturally checks their own work before considering it complete
✔ Enjoys repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency throughout the day
✔ Is motivated by achieving goals and improving productivity
✔ Is reliable and takes ownership of mistakes rather than making excuses
✔ Has a strong work ethic and contributes positively every day
✔ Is resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
✔ Brings positive energy to the workplace and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
✔ Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
✔ Understands that every detail matters because our customers rely on us
You'll Thrive Here If You...
Like being busy.
Enjoy having clear expectations and measurable goals.
Feel motivated when your team achieves great results.
Take satisfaction from improving your speed while maintaining accuracy.
Believe every customer deserves your best work.
Like following processes because you understand they exist for a reason.
Prefer being part of a positive team that supports one another.
This Probably Isn't the Right Role If You...
Prefer lots of variety and become bored with routine work.
Don't enjoy working towards productivity or quality targets.
Rush through tasks and rely on others to find mistakes.
Dislike receiving feedback or coaching.
Prefer to work independently without being accountable for your results.
Aren't comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment where quality and efficiency both matter.
