The Senior NetSuite Consultant will lead NetSuite implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
The role involves advising clients on best practices, translating business processes into NetSuite workflows, and collaborating with technical team members on customisations and integrations.
Day-to-day activities include conducting workshops and training sessions, preparing documentation,



troubleshooting issues, and providing post-go-live hypercare and ongoing support.
The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and maintain strong, long-term relationships.QualificationsStrong NetSuite functional expertise across core modules (e.g., financials, inventory, order management, manufacturing) and experience leading end-to-end implementations.Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration for mid-market organisations.Experience with data migration, testing (UAT, regression), and deployment activities within structured project methodologies.Ability to collaborate with technical teams on customisations, SuiteScript, integrations, and reporting/analytics solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Strong documentation, training, and user enablement capabilities, including creating guides and delivering hands-on sessions.Background in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or construction is highly beneficial.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment and a track record of leading projects or workstreams.Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a diverse, cross-regional team.
