We are seeking a motivated, organised, and professionalAdministrative Assistantto join our team in Welshpool.
This full-time position plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring the smooth running of our office workplace.
The successful candidate will provide a broad range of administrative and office support duties while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office Support
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors.
Sign for, distribute, and deliver parcels, mail, and courier items.
Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
Office Management Support
Coordinate service providers, including window cleaners, gardeners, and other contractors.
Organise catering, meetings, events, and food orders.
Purchase office consumables, including milk, food, beverages, and stationery.
Support the overall day-to-day operations of the office.
Administration & Departmental Support
Provide administrative support across various departments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with filing,



data entry, and document management.
Perform other administrative duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Essential
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Desirable
Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Confidence using digital systems and technology.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage documents and data entry efficiently.
Desirable
Previous experience in an office administration environment.
Knowledge of office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and iPads.
Experience using business software and systems, particularlyBuildSmart.
