About the roleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager People and Culture provides strategic leadership across workforce planning, organisational culture, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, wellbeing, leadership capability and people governance.This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring our people practices support a sustainable workforce and enable the delivery of secure, high-quality care.

This full-time permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse and high-performing team of 19 professionals across People and Culture, HR Business partnership, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Corporate Training.
