About the Role
As anAllocations Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating healthcare professionals across theatre, specialist, general hospital and aged care bookings.
You'll work closely with healthcare workers,



hospitals and internal departments to ensure every booking is managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires excellent organisation, confidence working under pressure and the ability to think critically while making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate nurses and carers to healthcare facilities
Match healthcare professionals to client requirements based on skills and availability
Manage theatre, specialist, hospital and aged care bookings
Respond to urgent staffing requests and roster changes
Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and healthcare professionals
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Maintain accurate booking and placement records
Complete general administrative duties
Work collaboratively with Recruitment, Compliance and Management teams
Support business growth through proactive engagement with clients and healthcare professionals
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to think critically and solve problems quickly
Confident communicating with people over the phone
Positive, motivated and resourceful




Able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
Experienced in administration and customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Able to demonstrate initiative and accountability
Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, rostering or allocations will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Experience in sales, marketing or customer relationship management is also advantageous.
Availability Requirements
Scrubs Nursing Agency operates a24/7 healthcare staffing service, therefore flexibility is essential.
This is apermanent full-time (38 hours per week)position rostered betweenMonday and Sunday, with shifts scheduled between5:00am and 11:00pm.
Applicants must be available to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster.
