We're looking for an organised, proactive Design Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to a fast-paced creative environment while still getting hands-on with design.

About the Role
As our Design Coordinator, you'll be the central hub of the Brand & Marketing team.
You'll coordinate incoming marketing requests, ensure briefs are complete, allocate work across the design and content team, communicate with internal stakeholders and help keep projects moving from concept through to delivery.
Alongside coordinating workflow, you'll also produce high-quality templated marketing collateral including brochures, listing campaigns, signboards, digital assets, magazine advertising and internal marketing material.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate incoming marketing requests across the business.
Review project briefs and ensure all required information has been received.
Allocate work across the marketing team based on priorities and workloads.
Produce premium templated marketing collateral.
Maintain exceptional brand consistency across all marketing pieces.
Keep projects moving and communicate progress with stakeholders.
Support major marketing campaigns, events and business initiatives.
Assist with improving workflows, templates and internal systems.
Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designers to deliver outstanding creative outcomes.




About You
You'll be someone who naturally brings structure to busy environments.
You're highly organised, enjoy solving problems and love helping others succeed.
You'll also have:
Experience in a marketing, creative or design coordination role.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for marketing.
Real estate experience is welcomed but certainly not essential.
