Position Details:
Mater Christi Catholic Primary School is seeking a committed, dynamic and enthusiastic leader who has a robust pastoral care skill set and can demonstrate high levels of competency to support the Principal in the leadership domains of Catholic Identity, Education, Community and Stewardship.
The successful applicant will be an exemplary leader with a strong knowledge of the Religious Education Curriculum and catechesis.
The role of Assistant Principal (Religious Education) is an ongoing position and you will be responsible for Pre Kindy to Year Two.
Mater Christi is a three stream co-educational school catering for students from Early Learning (Pre—Kindy) to Year Six.
This modern and well resourced school is positioned in a beautiful peaceful environment overlooking Yangebup Lake, an easy 20 minute drive from the city.

Highly accomplished classroom skills and knowledge of high impact instructional strategies, especially for Early Childhood.

Cultivate positive, respectful relationships across the school community, including students, staff, families, CEWA consultants, the parish, and the wider community.

Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School
An active member of the Catholic Church (Parish Priest reference required)
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
Have a minimum of 7 years teaching experience
Leadership experience in an Assistant Principal role
