Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement project documentation, reporting and client deliverablesAct as a key point of contact between clients and internal teamsSupport the preparation and review of procurement documentationMaintain project records and governance documentationAssist procurement consultants across multiple projectsContribute to process improvement initiatives
About You
Experience in procurement, contracts,



project support or project coordinationStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
