Team Leader – Lawn & Garden Maintenance (Full-Time)

About the Role
This is a full-time position based out ofWarilla, leading a crew of 1–2 team members across a variety of residential and commercial lawn and garden maintenance projects.
You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the high standard our clients have come to expect.
We are expected to take approximately 4 weeks to fill this role with the successful applicant to start with us sometime in August ready for summer servicing to begin in September.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supervising a small team on a daily basis.
Managing and completing daily job schedules.
Delivering high-quality lawn and garden maintenance services.
Maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism on site.
Ensuring safe work practices and quality workmanship at all times.
Supporting and mentoring team members to achieve great results.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
A minimum of5 years' experiencein the lawn and garden maintenance industry.
Proven experience leading or supervising a small team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage daily workloads.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
A reliable,



positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualifications (highly regarded but not essential).
Essential Requirements
Current White Card.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Ability to pass a National Police Check.
Ability to obtain or hold a Working With Children Check.
Current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work.

Competitive salary of$65,000–$70,000, with higher remuneration negotiable for the right candidate.
