About the Role
We are seeking an Audiologist to join our dedicated team.
This is a unique opportunity to work across both paediatric and adult settings in a genuinely multidisciplinary workplace.
That's right, not just hearing aids!
Our team delivers paediatric audiology and Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) assessment and management, working alongside speech pathologists, psychologists, paediatricians, ENTs and counsellors to provide truly holistic, coordinated care.
The role is part-time, with the potential to increase hours based on the needs of the clinic and the preferences of the successful candidate.
Our full-time working week runs across 4 days (longer daily hours), so there's genuine flexibility in how your hours can be structured.
Key Responsibilities:

APD diagnostic process support will be provided.
● Provide high-quality hearing rehabilitation services, including hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, fine-tuning and ongoing device management.
● Provide clear counselling and education to clients and families regarding hearing loss, device use, communication strategies and ongoing care pathways.
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports and correspondence in accordance with professional, Medicare and NDIS requirements.
● Support the administrative team to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent customer service.
● Liaise effectively with speech pathologists, psychologists, paediatricians, ENTs, counsellors, administration staff, GPs and external providers to ensure efficient care coordination, timely reporting and continuity of services.
● Work across both clinic sites (Mawson Lakes & Cumberland Park).
About You
We're looking for someone who:

● Holds a recognised Audiology qualification and current professional registration with Audiology Australia
● Has experience delivering high-quality diagnostic assessments and hearing rehabilitation
● Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, families and referrers
● Works collaboratively with administration staff and other allied health professionals to support integrated care
● Can manage a busy clinical caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent clinical documentation
● Demonstrates strong time management, organisation and attention to detail
● Is confident working independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Why Join Us?
● Be part of a dynamic and supportive interdisciplinary team spanning audiology, speech pathology, psychology and counselling
● Inspire clients of all ages and their families to reach their goals
● Unlimited cuddles with our adorable office dog, Teddy!
