Our client partner is seeking a highly organised and detail-drivenMobilisation Officerto join their team a leading Tier 1 Mining Contractor, based at our client's Perth Airport Head Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring employees are mobilised efficiently and compliantly to major mining projects.
About the Role
In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end mobilisation process, ensuring employees are site-ready in line with project requirements and compliance standards.
You will liaise closely with Recruitment, HR, and Onboarding teams to facilitate smooth workforce deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee onboarding and mobilisation activities
Arrange pre-employment medicals, National Police Checks, and site requirements
Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and complete
Support mobilisation for both site personnel and mechanical workshop employees
Maintain up-to-date records and track mobilisation progress
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines
About You
Previous experience in mobilisation, onboarding, workforce coordination, or similar
Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment
Confident communicator with strong administrative capability
