About the Role:
We are seeking aRegistered Nurseto join our team on aPart-Time or Casualbasis.
You will be based at our Bowral House, located at***** Kangaloon Rd Bowral NSW ****.
Shift Times: Week 1 7:00am - 3:15pm (Sunday ) | Week 2 3:00pm - 10:00pm (Sunday)
Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
Bowral House is seeking experiencedRegistered Nursesto provide high level clinical care to meet resident's individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life.
This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff.
This position will suit professional RNs who are flexible and passionate about aged care.
Skills and Experience:
Current AHPRA registration(Essential).
At least 2 years experience as an RN withing aged care in Australia(Essential)
Valid Police Check(Essential).
A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-makingskills
Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.




Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.
Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.
A valuable knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.
Confidence in mentoring and providing supervision of PCW-DCs
Confident and experienced in supervision of other nursing staff
