To join our team, you should have:




· Initiative, energy, and a sense of humour
· Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration, support, and idea-sharing
· At least 18 months hands-on work experience
· ACECQA approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
· A current Working with Children's Check
· A current Police Check
· Current certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid, or a willingness to obtain them
· A deep understanding of diversity and a commitment to inclusion and acceptance
· Full Australian working rights
