About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by providing technical advice, preparing quotations and delivering outstanding customer service.
Working closely with both our Australian team and our engineering specialists in Germany, you will help customers identify the best mobility solutions for their applications while contributing to the continued growth of the business.




No two days are the same.
One day you may be assisting with an engineering project, the next you could be identifying new business opportunities or supporting a customer with a complex technical enquiry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Australia.
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through quotation, order processing and after-sales support.
Provide technical product recommendations and tailored mobility solutions.
Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and develop new business.
Prepare quotations, check stock availability and coordinate deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and activities within our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with our German engineering specialists on complex customer applications.
Support inventory optimisation initiatives and sales campaigns.
Continue developing your product knowledge through ongoing technical training.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and has the confidence to provide technical advice and practical solutions.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in internal sales, customer service or technical sales within an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment.




A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, together with CRM systems.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to build a long-term career.
