With the expansion of DENZA in the Adelaide market, we are now seeking an experienced and drivenBusiness Manager (F&I;)to join our team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
As aDenza Business Manager(F&I;), you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and delivering a seamless, premium finance experience to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Present and structure tailoredfinance and insurance solutionsto customers in line with Denza's premium positioning.
Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximise deal conversions and overall dealership performance.
Promote and sell a range ofF&I; products, including finance, insurance, and aftermarket options.
Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and lending requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and external partners.
Manage end-to-end deal processing, documentation, and settlement.
Deliver a high-quality,



transparent, and customer-centric finance experience.
Support the team in achieving monthly targets and business objectives.
About You
We're looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You'll Ideally Have:
Proven experience as aBusiness Manager / F&I; Managerwithin an automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of finance, lending, and insurance products.
High level of compliance awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and drive performance outcomes.
A skilled and customer-first approach aligned with a luxury brand experience.
Experience in premium/luxury brands or EV sector (highly regarded but not essential).
