The Role
Supervise day to day civil site works from set out through to completion
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and suppliers
Drive program, productivity,



quality and safe work practices on site
Read plans, manage sequencing and keep works moving efficiently
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors
Support toolbox talks, site documentation, inspections and compliance requirements
The Criteria
Civil supervision experience on metro intersections and urban utilities projects
Experience delivering roadworks, drainage and live-service works
Robust understanding of site sequencing, plant and crew coordination
Local Adelaide civil experience preferred
