We are looking for an experienceHR/WHS Manager.
This position will report directly to the CEO, and you will be supported by a outstanding team of people that follow our core values of Innovation, Care, Ambition and Excellence!
About the role:
· Coach and support managers in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business requirements
· Provide authoritative interpretation, advice and expertise on Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR) and Employment Relations (ER) matters and actively inform all managers of potential risks and appropriate mitigation actions
· Assist managers in the workforce national planning to ensure adequate and accurate forecasting and recruitment.
· Support managers in the delivery of strategic and responsive recruitment, selection and induction activities ensuring compliance with equity and fairness and industrial legislation.
· Lead retention strategies to attract top talent and foster a high-performing workforce.
· Execute twice a year an employee culture survey and the interpretation of results to facilitate improvements of business processes.
· Lead organisational change initiatives with clear communication and structured implementation.
· Lead performance review, probation period reviews and make sure that the meetings between staff and managers are done and recorded in HRIS
· In conjunction with managers, identify and develop training & development initiatives and programs aligned to current and evolving needs of the organisation.
· Lead the WHS initiatives, updating framework, conducting risk assessment and supporting operations.
Including management of return to work
· Take responsibility for implementing Integrated Risk Management strategy by identifying, analysing, monitoring and reporting risks
· Continue to investigate modern and emerging human resource practices, with a view to strengthen our Employer Value Proposition and ensuring that company practices remain contemporary.
· Build strong relationships with managers and staff to foster trust and promote collaboration
· Nurture a positive working environment and business culture that is open and inclusive
Key skills and attributes:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources
· 6+ years in human resources or recruitment
· People oriented and results driven
· Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
· Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
· Extensive knowledge of HR and WHS policies and systems
· Familiarity with HR software ie.
