About the role
AsDelivery Coordinatorfor theZeekrteam, you are the person who brings the excitement of a new car purchase to life, ensuring every handover is seamless and every customer leaves with a smile they will remember.
Your day-to-day will include:
Coordinating the end-to-end delivery process for new vehicles, giving you ownership over a key part of the customer journey
Liaising with the sales team, finance, and the workshop to keep every vehicle on track for its scheduled delivery date
Conducting thorough vehicle checks and preparing cars for presentation, so the standard your customers receive reflects the quality of the brand
Managing delivery documentation and registration paperwork accurately, building skills that are transferable across the automotive industry
Communicating delivery timelines to customers directly, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
Identifying and resolving pre-delivery issues quickly, developing your problem-solving ability in a real-world setting
About You
You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in getting the details right and making a customer's experience feel special from start to finish.
More about you:
Experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, ideally within the automotive sector
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities at once
Clear, confident communication,



both with customers and across internal teams
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for this role
Comfortable working with dealership management systems or the ability to learn them quickly
