We're looking for a motivated, organised and solutions-focusedJunior Property Managerto join our growing residential team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build a long-term career in property management.
Whether you have some industry experience or are looking to take the next step from a reception, administration or assistant property management role, we'll provide the guidance and support to help you succeed.
Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you'll assist in the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio located primarily throughout Warragul and the surrounding suburbs.
As your skills and confidence grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility with the opportunity to progress into managing your own portfolio.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable, tech-savvy and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work.
You'll enjoy working with people, be highly organised, and approach challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
Your responsibilities will include
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
Assisting with routine inspections and property condition reports
Supporting lease renewals and tenancy administration
Responding to phone and email enquiries
Learning property management systems, legislation and best practice
Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
What we offer
We offer a competitive salary package of$60,000-$80,000(depending on experience), plus KPI-based bonuses that reward performance and effort.
This is a Monday-Friday position withno Saturdays, because we value work-life balance and long-term team retention.

About you
You'll be enthusiastic, eager to learn and passionate about building a career in real estate.
Ideally you'll have:
A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or be eligible to obtain one)
Previous real estate, property management or administration experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
A proactive, positive and professional attitude
A current driver's licence
