As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Administration Support team member to become an integral part of our team.

Our purpose-built clinic in Connolly is well-resourced, with access from the Mitchell Freeway and Marmion Avenue, and parking available on site.
About the Opportunity
As Administration Support, you'll be the first point of contact for our families and play a vital role in ensuring our clinic and community care services operate seamlessly.
You'll work closely with our clinicians and leadership team to provide high-quality administrative support while creating a positive experience for every client.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing a warm and professional first impression for clients, families and visitors.
Managing incoming phone calls, emails and client enquiries.
Scheduling and coordinating appointments for both clinic and community-based services.
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Preparing reports, correspondence and other documentation as required.
Processing invoices, payments and general office administration.
Assisting with NDIS administration, including service bookings, documentation and client communications.
Contributing to the ongoing improvement of administrative systems and processes.
About You




You are a highly organised and approachable professional who enjoys supporting both clients and colleagues.
You have excellent attention to detail, can manage competing priorities and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in an administration, reception or customer service role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Experience working within the NDIS is essential.
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
A National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
