In the role of aSpecialised Banking Manager,you will join theTransactional Banking team, servicing customers across Rockhampton, Mackay & Bundabergas we strengthen our focus on customer obsession and winning together.
You'll make an impact each day by
Support bankers across QLD to grow revenue and customer satisfaction through targeted transactional solutions.
Deliver exceptional service through meaningful customer connections.
Educate customers and stakeholders on NAB's banking products and digital channels.
Identify opportunities to increase customer participation and product usage.
Maintain compliance by adhering to risk, policy and procedural requirements while supporting innovation.
You'll bring to this role
Experience in transactional or business banking (preferred).
Front line customer service and sales experience.
Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
Solid commercial acumen and customer focus.
Interest or experience in financial technology and system integration.
Passion for improving customer outcomes and understanding market trends.
Exceptional communication skills.
