Operating across more than 9,000 hectares from Maitland to Marion Bay, our business is focused on efficient, sustainable dryland cropping and incorporates a seed processing facility.
We produce wheat, barley, canola, lentils, beans and oaten hay.

The Prospect
We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our established workforce.
Whether you already have extensive broadacre cropping experience or are eager to further develop your skills, we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a progressive farming operation.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position working across all aspects of our cropping operation, including:
Operating GPS-guided broadacre machinery.
Spraying, spreading, seeding and harvesting.
Machinery servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Accurate record keeping
Use of precision agricultural technology.
Identifying issues and communicating observations.
Working safely while contributing positively to an experienced team.
Our Machinery Fleet
You will have the opportunity to operate and maintain a modern fleet including:
· 2 × Agrifac 48 m self-propelled boom sprays
· Bogballe and Bredal 135 spreaders
· 2 × Morris air seeders (80' and 90' Morris C2 bars) operated with Case IH Quadtrac and New Holland T9 tractors
· 4 × New Holland headers (3 × CR***** and 1 × CR9.90) with 45' MacDon fronts
· 2 × Scania road trains (620 and 660)
· Loaders, grain conveyors and a range of other modern farm equipment
About You




You may already have experience in broadacre cropping or be looking to further develop your career.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Good communication skills.
Confidence with GPS and computer-controlled machinery, or willingness to learn.
Commitment to safe work practices.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Availability to work weekends during peak periods.
An interest in modern agriculture and continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications
MC Driver's Licence
ChemCert Accreditation (or equivalent)
