About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a beautifully presented West Lakes boutique.
This role is ideal for a passionate fashion leader who loves styling customers, developing high-performing teams and driving strong commercial results in a quick-paced retail environment.
You'll lead from the front, creating an engaging store culture while taking ownership of sales performance, visual presentation and the overall customer journey.

What you will do
* Drive sales performance, KPI achievement and overall store profitability
* Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team through ongoing training and support
* Create exceptional styling experiences that build customer loyalty and repeat business
* Manage wages, rostering and daily store operations
* Deliver outstanding visual merchandising and maintain impeccable presentation standards
* Foster a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture
* Recruit, onboard and develop future retail talent




* Ensure operational compliance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
What you will bring
* Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail
* A proven history of achieving sales targets and commercial outcomes
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others
* Experience managing rosters, wages and store performance
* A genuine passion for fashion, styling and current trends
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
* Confidence managing performance and building a positive team culture
* Visual merchandising experience with a strong eye for presentation
