About the Role
As a Restocker, you'll be the face of Stock Locker, visiting customer sites to ensure our inventory management systems are fully stocked, operating efficiently, and delivering value to our customers.
You'll enjoy a mix of customer service, problem-solving, driving, and hands-on work, with full training provided on our machines and product range.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Installing new machines at customer sites and providing user training
Delivering outstanding customer service by answering questions and building strong customer relationships
Picking customer orders accurately, delivering orders, and replenishing vending machines
Inspecting machines,



identifying basic faults, and troubleshooting if required
Planning your daily route to maximise efficiency and ensure excellent service
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring company vehicles and equipment are presented professionally
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and has a practical, hands-on approach.
You'll ideally have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
A current C Class driver's license
Current forklift license highly desirable
Knowledge of safety or industrial products (desirable but not essential)
