About The Role
Join our Adelaide Hub as a Casual Vehicle Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator, where no two days are the same.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that combines vehicle operations, administration, and front-of-house responsibilities to keep our hub running smoothly.
This is a short-term casual opportunity (less than one month) operating on a Monday to Friday schedule, ideal for candidates seeking immediate, short-term work.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining vehicle presentation, fuel/charge levels, and readiness for useManaging vehicle movements, servicing, repairs, and onsite parking operationsCompleting vehicle inspections, photos, and associated documentationReceiving, preparing, and de-fleeting vehicles, including telematics installationCoordinating vehicle pickups and handovers with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersProviding a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming customers and visitorsManaging reception enquiries, phone calls, bookings, and customer communicationsMaintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day administrative tasksEnsuring the depot, reception area, and vehicle storage areas remain organised, safe,



and presentableSupporting the wider Hub team with operational and customer service activities as required
