ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches team in Smithfield, Cairns.
You'll take on a well-maintained portfolio, supported by a professional and friendly team that values quality service and work-life balance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is confident in managing all aspects of residential property management with autonomy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards




SKILLS
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong working knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
