What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll:
Assist customers by phone, email and at our trade counter
Answer enquiries and provide product advice
Prepare quotes and process customer orders
Help customers find the right products for their needs
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Support warehouse and dispatch when required
Work as part of a close-knit team focused on providing outstanding service
No two days are the same, and you'll be learning something new every day.
What We're Looking For




You don't necessarily need Parts Interpreting or automotive experience.
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys talking with customers and solving problems
Has excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
Is reliable, organised and pays attention to detail
Learns quickly and enjoys developing new skills
Has positive computer skills
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and is willing to help wherever needed
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, internal sales, warehousing, trade supplies or any customer-focused role will be highly regarded.
If you have mechanical, automotive or industrial knowledge, that's a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.
