About the role
We are seeking an experiencedRestaurant Managerto join our team in Adelaide on afull-time basis.
This is a strategic leadership position where you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding our standards of quality, hospitality and profitability whilst leading our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management and stock control
Manage staff recruitment, training, development and performance management to maintain high service standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards and hospitality best practices
Monitor and maintain quality of food presentation, service delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle customer enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and retention
Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation
Liaise with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate seamless service during service periods
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance and adherence to brand standards
Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and bookings
Manage reservations and table management to maximise capacity and customer experience
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management and customer service standards
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers




Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and revenue management
Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
Comprehensive understanding of health, safety and food hygiene regulations
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Preferred: Experience in Italian cuisine or fine dining establishments
