What you will do:
Coordinate and deliver all school communications across digital and print channels.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of major school events including Graduation, Year 12 Formal, Showcase Evening, assemblies and community events.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, community organisations and event partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, staff, alumni and community partners.
Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of a small team delivering communications, events and promotional activities.
Allocate priorities, monitor workloads and support high-quality outcomes.
What you will bring:
You are a communication and marketing professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for creating meaningful engagement.
You will bring:
Experience in communications, public relations, marketing and/or event management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience coordinating or supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Advanced digital skills, including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website content management systems and design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative
