About the Role
Build and maintain genuine relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other specification professionals
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients through regular contact, project discussions, and ongoing relationship development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, industry research, and client visits




Understand project requirements and provide tailored natural stone solutions that align with your clients' design vision and project goals
Support projects from material selection through to installation, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain accurate CRM records, project updates, and sales administration to keep projects moving and clients informed
About You
You love beautiful interior spaces and understand how quality materials can bring a design together.
Whether this interest has come through your work, personal projects, or a genuine passion for design, you enjoy using your knowledge to help others make confident choices.
You may even be the person friends or family turn to when they need advice on finishes, styling, or creating a space that feels considered.

Selection Criteria
Experience in a sales or specification-focused role, ideally within a similar industry
