About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and motivatedWeekendDemi Chefto be a key support to our kitchen leadership and help create incredible dining experiences for our residents atMooroolbark Manor Care Community.

What You'll Do:
✔️ Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.
✔️ Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.
✔️ Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.
✔️ Step up and lead sections of the kitchen, developing your supervisory skills.
✔️ Contribute ideas to menus and help create a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.
What You'll Need:
✔️ Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
✔️ Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
✔️ A passion for food and a genuine desire to learn and take on more responsibility.
✔️ Solid teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
✔️ Willingness to complete:
