About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advisor (Program Performance) to support the delivery of complex programs through strong governance, reporting, and program controls.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs are well-coordinated, compliant, and delivering outcomes on time, while providing high-quality insights to support decision-making at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare governance materials including agendas, briefing papers, and reports
Coordinate steering committees and governance forums
Record and track actions, risks, issues, and escalations
Maintain and update risk, issue, and dependency registers
Support program reporting and performance tracking
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of program data
Assist with change control processes and documentation
Support audit readiness and compliance requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs and regions
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting program or project delivery in a governance or PMO environment.
You will bring:
Experience in program/project coordination, governance, or reporting
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
Strong PowerPoint skills (executive reporting)
Experience with program/project systems, dashboards, or SharePoint
Familiarity with RAID registers and program controls
