We are seeking a talented and ambitious Head Chef to create and lead a dining experience at our flagship cellar door and restaurant from day one.The OpportunityYou will shape a simple, seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu derived from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, designed to sit seamlessly alongside our estate-grown wines.The offering will be elevated yet approachable: thoughtful, village-style food that enhances the overall vineyard experience.Your RoleAs Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, including:Designing and executing a refined, seasonal menu catering to lunch and dinner guests as well as bespoke offerings for private eventsCreating dishes and food pairings that complement and elevate wine experiencesBuilding and leading a small, high-performing kitchen teamEstablishing high-quality kitchen systems, food safety standards, and culture from the ground upManaging food cost, suppliers,
