Frontline IT support role at a globally recognised Australian brand.
Broad technical exposure across hardware, software & infrastructure.
Keep King Living's people connected, productive and supported — and build your IT career within a globally expanding premium design brand.
The King Difference
This is not just a helpdesk role where you close tickets and wait for the next one.
This is a frontline IT support position where you are the first point of contact for a global organisation — and the quality of your work directly shapes the experience every King Living team member has with technology, every single day.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage device configurations, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to keep IT operations running smoothly across our global network.
The variety is real.
The exposure is broad.
And the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving IT function at a globally expanding brand is genuine.
If you are a technically curious, customer-focused IT professional who takes pride in delivering great support — this is where you start building something.
What You Will Own
First & Second Level Support
Provide responsive, high-quality first and second-level IT support — resolving user hardware, software, and connectivity issues with minimal downtime and a consistently professional approach.
Device & Asset Management
Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Maintain accurate IT asset documentation and ensure resources are up to date and accessible.
Service Desk & Ticket Management
Monitor and manage service desk tickets — ensuring efficient tracking, clear communication, and timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Support user onboarding and offboarding processes including account creation, permissions management,
and asset allocation — ensuring every team member is set up for success from day one.
Collaboration & Escalation
Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional IT teams to escape complex issues efficiently.
Support network connectivity checks and basic infrastructure maintenance activities as required.
Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures — proactively identifying and reporting security risks or violations to maintain a safe and well-governed digital environment.
Who You Are
You are technically curious, people-oriented, and genuinely motivated to deliver great support — and you are looking for an environment where those qualities are valued and developed.
Basic proficiency or familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS operating systems
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with confidence
Excellent customer service and communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload under pressure
Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and ticketing systems preferred
A team-oriented team player who works well across functions and levels
Proactive and eager to learn — you stay current on new technologies and look for ways to improve
You will likely come from an IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration background — or be early in your IT career and ready to build your skills within a globally expanding organisation.
What matters most is your customer focus, your technical curiosity,
and your commitment to doing the work well.
