This is a Permanent Part‐Time opportunity, offering approximately ***** hours per week, with a variety of shifts, including morning, day, evening, and awake night shifts.
Ideal for individuals who are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of others.In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate, person‐centred support, empowering our clients to live as independently as possible while advocating for their individual needs, choices, and goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients to develop and maintain independence, dignity, and confidenceDeliver individualised care, including assistance with:MealtimesPersonal care (toileting, showering)Medication administrationManual handling using a range of equipment and aidsMonitor client wellbeing, documenting and reporting on progress and any changesWork collaboratively as part of a fun, supportive, and dynamic teamRequirementsWe welcome both experienced Support Workers and those new to the sector.Whether you're building on existing experience or starting your career in disability support, you will bring a genuine commitment to making a difference, a compassionate approach, and a willingness to learn.A strong focus on person‐centred care is essential, ensuring every individual is treated with respect, dignity,
and professionalism.A current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2).
