About Us
At Grow Therapy Services, we believe behaviour always makes sense.We provide neuroaffirming, trauma-informed Positive Behaviour Support that focuses on understanding the person—not simply managing behaviour.
Our work is collaborative, evidence-informed and grounded in respect for neurodiversity, working alongside children, young people, families and the people who support them.As our service continues to grow, we're looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who shares our values and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.While we'd love someone based in the Pilbara, we're also open to remote practitioners located anywhere in Australia.
About the Role
You'll work with children and young people with disability to deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services across a range of settings.Your responsibilities may include:Completing Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)Developing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support PlansBuilding the capacity of families, educators and support teamsConducting school and community observationsParticipating in multidisciplinary collaborationSupporting restrictive practice reduction and eliminationDelivering services via telehealth and/or face-to-face (depending on location)Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and reportsThis role offers genuine flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
About You
We're ideally looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who can confidently manage their own caseload and work independently.You'll have:Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support under the NDISExcellent report writing and assessment skillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesA neuroaffirming, person-centred approach to practiceAbility to manage your workload independently while working collaboratively with a teamCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current driver's licence (for local applicants)Experience supporting autistic children, ADHD, communication differences, intellectual disability and complex support needs will be highly regarded.We're also happy to hear from developing practitioners with relevant experience who are committed to learning and providing high-quality, neuroaffirming support.
