Recruitment or HR within a large ASX-listed organisation.What You'll Be Doing Talent AcquisitionCoordinate recruitment approval processesWrite and manage job advertisements across multiple platformsSource and build talent pipelines through channels such as SEEK and LinkedInSupport targeted talent campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing teamScreen and interview high-quality candidatesPrepare monthly talent and recruitment reportingManage onboarding processes including pre-employment checks, contracts and IT setupTalent ManagementSupport workforce planning across a portfolio of brands and hiring managersPartner with the Group Head of Talent to continually improve onboarding best practicesAssist with the integration of new acquisitions into the wider group workforceContribute to key talent projects across Learning & Development, Employee Experience and Candidate ExperienceWhat You'll BringStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh energy with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR or administration within a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
