$35–$50/hr including casual loading (based on experience)

We're a busy, well-loved local hotel and we're looking for a passionate F&B; Supervisor to lead our bistro team and help us keep delivering outstanding hospitality every shift.
This is a role for someone who loves being on the floor, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step into a leadership position with genuine support and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities




Supervise day-to-day bistro service and floor operations
Lead, coach, and support the FOH team during service
Maintain service standards and guest experience
Assist with functions execution on the floor
Confirming and setting events/tables according to booking requirements
About You
Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
Natural leader who leads by example
Reliable, well organised, and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills with both guests and team
RSA required
